Dear Manners Needed in Manheim,

I see this everywhere, too. I often give the children the “look,” speak to them to “be careful,” or say “excuse me” loudly. If this doesn’t work, I stare at the parents and share a bit of my health concerns. They see my walking stick and often tell their children to watch out for others. Small steps but these tips work for me. Try them out. Good luck.
