Just Ask Elizabeth: Good For Others
Dear Elizabeth,
I had the chance to make someone happy today and I did just that. A few weeks ago, someone bought my breakfast at Dunkin.’ I was pulling up to the window to pay my order and was told that the person in front of me had paid my order. I was speechless and expressed my thanks to the young person handing me my order. My day was a great one. I decided to do the same today and watched the car behind me smile as I slowly pulled away. It felt great and will do it again. I too smiled the entire day. Little chances to make others happy should always be part of our days.
Signed,

Dear Smiling in Sacramento,
What a great story. Those little gestures in life make all of us happy. It feels so great and is something that we should do often. It really does not take a lot to brighten another’s day. If we do this whenever we can, our world will be a kinder place. Do this weekly feisty women. You will change the world one Dunkin’ order at a time.
