We are all stretched during the holiday season. We can all feel the stress level rising. Yet I believe that we can find joy just by slowing down. Take a few minutes to do nothing and just slow it down. Take a few deep breaths, exhale, smile, focus on what tasks that you have already completed, and then start in again. Just slow down, enjoy your successes, and you will feel so much better.
