As far as exercise goes, the simpler the better works for me. I go walking every day for a few hours, 3-6 miles, and feel so much better after each mile. Wear good shoes, sunglasses, apply sunblock, and you are set. You will meet nice people and dogs along the way. Walking also has many health benefits that are listed below. Enjoy.
