Dear Elizabeth,

With all the nonsense going on in our country today, I need to speak up and voice my opposition. I am however medically challenged so joining a protest will not be possible for now. Any suggestions?

Dear Speaking Up in San Francisco,

I agree that we all need to speak up! If you do not speak up, how will people know that you disagree with the state of things? I am active on social media, write lots of note cards, email frequently, and call my Congress people every day.  The Capitol operators are always more polite than many of our representatives. I will keep on calling, writing, and emailing until things are better for everyone. You should do the same. Speak up and let your voice be heard!
