We all have days like this. Sometimes a short mini-meditation can help. I often do this before I begin a new project. I close my eyes and turn off all electronic devices. Next, I spend just a few minutes taking deep breaths for 4 seconds, holding it for 6 seconds, and releasing it for 7 seconds. I focus on setting a positive intention for my workday project and my mind feels clearer and more focused on my project. I “clear out “my clutter” and are ready for the work ahead.
