Dear Patriot in Philadelphia,

Memorial Day for me is a day to remember and thank all military personnel and the families of those heroes who have died while serving in the US Armed Forces. I visit a local cemetery and quietly thank many deceased soldiers who  graves are marked with a flag. It is a small yet important gesture to me because I have had many relatives and a dad who served. Remember the veterans who protect our freedoms today and always.
